## What moves a build inside the band?

The €4,200–8,800 band is wide because automations differ in size. Four variables decide where a build lands, and the review measures all four.

- **The number of systems being connected.** Every additional integration costs build time. The market prices the same thing openly: Swedish supplier Swivrr lists 15 000–40 000 kr per additional connected system.
- **The exceptions.** A flow where every tenth case needs a judgement call costs more to build than one that always looks the same. The exceptions are measured in the review, before the price is set.
- **The checks when AI is in the loop.** A language model in a flow gets one bounded job and a quality control around it. The control is build time, and it is the reason the flow can be trusted afterwards.
- **Data quality in the source systems.** Cleaning data is build time that shows up in the price. A source system full of duplicates and free-text fields costs more to automate than one with ordered fields.

## The payback arithmetic

A process that takes twelve hours a week is about 560 hours a year at 47 working weeks. At a loaded cost of €40 an hour it costs about €22,500 a year — against a build at €4,200–8,800, once. ## When someone else is the right choice

Enterprise RPA at SAP scale is bought through formal tenders and lands, per AI-AG’s published Danish bands, at 100.000–500.000 DKK — a larger consultancy is the right choice there. And a simple flow in a single system, where every case looks the same, is something you build yourselves in Zapier or n8n in an afternoon; the platforms’ entry plans cost tens of euros a month.

## Common questions

### Can we order a build before the review?

A build price is set from the review’s numbers, so the review comes first. It costs €2,200, takes two weeks and ends in a fixed quote for the three automations that return the most — the material is yours however you proceed.

### What happens if a build turns out bigger than the quote?

A fixed price means the studio carries the overrun. If the scope turns out different from what the review measured, a new fixed price is set before anything more is built — never an hourly bill after the fact.

### Are platform and license fees included in the price?

The build price covers the work. The platforms’ own fees — such as n8n’s cloud plan from €20 a month, per n8n Hispano — you pay directly to the platform, and the review states which fees your flows are expected to draw.

### What do automations number four and five cost?

The same price list: €4,200–8,800 per automation, with the price set once scope is known. The review rarely needs redoing — its list usually carries several builds forward.

### Are operations binding, and what do they include?

Operations are bought monthly from €750 and cover monitoring, adjustments when surrounding systems change, and extension. Flows, code and documentation live in your own repository, so you can take over the running whenever you want.

### Can we keep the flows running if we end the engagement?

Yes. Everything is handed over in your own repository with documentation, and the flows run in your own accounts. An ending changes nothing in production — what goes away is the monitoring and the extension, until you arrange them yourselves or come back.
