AI-driven production and consulting
Websites, products and brands — built in weeks
I build digital products with AI tooling instead of a team with handovers. Same quality, a third of the time, and you always talk to the person actually building it.
Services
Four ways to work together
Websites that get found and convert
From positioning and structure to a finished, measurable site. Built static, indexable from day one, and made to be cited by search engines and AI assistants alike.
Product management that decides, not meets
I step in as product management when you need direction rather than more opinions. Problems get framed, options get weighed, and you get decision material you can actually act on.
Content production at volume, without the filler
A content system rather than a pile of individual texts. Your domain knowledge gets structured with AI tooling into content that ranks, gets cited, and actually says something.
Design and branding as a system, not a mood
Identity, design system and guidelines delivered as code and components rather than a static PDF. What you get can be used immediately by anyone who builds on it next.

Your rankings are holding. Your traffic is not.
Established small and mid-sized businesses
The business has moved on. The website has not.
We had been stuck in proposal rounds for three months. Kim had a working prototype up before the fourth agency had even replied.
The design system is the only thing we shipped in recent years that is still used exactly as it was built.
Sixty articles in six weeks, from two people’s knowledge and no editorial team. I did not think it was possible.

What I actually believe
How to appear in AI-generated answers in 2026
What actually affects whether your content gets cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews — and which advice you can safely ignore.
Holding quality when AI writes the code
Speed without quality gates produces technical debt faster than before. Here are the gates that catch what review misses.
What a website actually costs in 2026
An honest breakdown of price levels for agencies, freelancers and AI-assisted production — and what the difference in price genuinely buys you.
Common questions
What you are wondering before you get in touch
- What does a project cost?
- Websites start at €7,900, design systems at €6,000, and advisory at €1,700 per day. Most engagements land between €7,900 and €23,000. You get a fixed price before we start, not a running tab.
- How long does it take?
- A website takes three to six weeks from start to launch. A prototype takes two weeks. A design system takes two to four weeks. These are not optimistic numbers — they are how long it actually takes when one person works with AI tooling instead of a team with handovers.
- Do you use AI to write the code?
- Yes, for most of it. That is the entire point — it is why three weeks is enough. Quality is held up by type checking, tests, lint rules and review that run on every change, not by the code having been typed by hand.
- What happens if I want to change vendor afterwards?
- You own everything: code, content and design. It sits in your own Git repository with documentation. Any competent developer can take over without speaking to me first.
