Openly published prices, an honest comparison against agencies and freelancers, and four ways to structure an engagement.
Short answer
A website project here costs €7,900–20,000, a design system €6,000–11,000, and advisory €1,700 per day. That is roughly a third of an equivalent agency engagement, because nearly every hour goes into building.

Compared with agencies and freelancers
The price gap against an agency is real, and it comes down to where the hours go.
| What | Agency | Freelancer | Here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical website price | €23,000–75,000 | €7,500–19,000 | €7,900–20,000 |
| Time to launch | 3–6 months | 6–12 weeks | 3–6 weeks |
| People involved | 4–7 | 1 | 1 + AI tooling |
| Time spent coordinating | 30–40% | 5–10% | under 5% |
| You talk to | A project manager | The person doing it | The person doing it |
| Code and content owned by | Varies, read the contract | Usually you | Always you |
| Capacity if someone is ill | Cover available | Stops | Stops |
| Best suited to | Large, long engagements | Bounded engagements | Fast, complete builds |
The capacity row is the honest disadvantage. If you need guaranteed delivery regardless of what happens to any one person, an agency is the more sensible choice, and we say so plainly.
Ways to structure the engagement
Beyond fixed price there are three other ways to structure an engagement. Which fits depends on how measurable the outcome is and how much risk you want to move.
Fixed price per delivery
From €4,200You know exactly what it costs before we start.
- How it works
- We define scope together and set a fixed price. The price holds even if the work takes longer than estimated. Changed scope is priced separately and decided by you.
- Best when
- The scope can be described and you want budget certainty.
Ongoing capacity
From €5,600/moA set amount of time each month, ready to use.
- How it works
- You buy capacity. Priorities reset monthly, which suits work where the direction is still taking shape. Three months’ notice either way.
- Best when
- You build continuously and direction shifts along the way.
Outcome-linked component
Base −30% + bonusA lower base price with a bonus tied to a measurable result.
- How it works
- The base price drops by up to 30 percent against a bonus triggered by a pre-defined, measurable goal — conversion rate, organic traffic or completed bookings. The metric and measurement window are agreed in writing before we start.
- Best when
- The outcome can be measured cleanly and you have reliable baseline data.
Equity or revenue share
By agreementFor early companies where cash is tighter than potential.
- How it works
- Part of the fee is replaced with equity or a revenue share over a bounded period. Assessed case by case, and it rests on us believing in the business. Shared risk, with the upside shared too.
- Best when
- Early stage, clear potential, limited cash.
Common questions
- What does a project cost?
- Websites start at €7,900, design systems at €6,000, and advisory at €1,700 per day. Most engagements land between €7,900 and €23,000. You get a fixed price before we start, and it holds.
- How long does it take?
- A website takes three to six weeks from start to launch. A prototype takes two weeks. A design system takes two to four weeks. These are actual times from completed engagements. With AI tooling, most of the hours go into building.
- Do you use AI to write the code?
- Yes, for most of it. That is the entire point — it is why three weeks is enough. Quality is held up by type checking, tests, lint rules and review that run on every change.
- What happens if I want to change vendor afterwards?
- You own everything: code, content and design. It sits in your own Git repository with documentation. Any competent developer can take over straight away, with the documentation that comes with it.
- Do you work with companies outside Sweden?
- Yes. Around half of all engagements are outside Sweden and run fully remotely. Communication can be in Swedish or English.
- What work suits you best?
- Bounded builds with a clear end: websites, products, design systems and content. Ongoing operations, 24/7 support and large legacy migrations suit someone else better, and we will point you there straight away.
